Confirm pieces per carton, packaging, carton dimensions, gross weight and destination before comparing delivered costs.
Define the selling unit
Clarify whether the quotation covers one bag, a retail pack, a roll or a carton. State how many bags are in each pack and how many packs are in a carton.
Verify packaging measurements
Request actual outer-carton dimensions, net weight and gross weight for the agreed specification. Do not treat a catalogue’s single-item weight as confirmed shipping data.
Share the destination and delivery terms
Provide country, postcode or port, shipment quantity and requested delivery terms. Clarify responsibility for freight, import charges and final delivery before approving the quote.
